When I just arrived to Australia, everything was new with me. I was worried because this new environment was strange when compared with Vietnam. Luckily, my parents registered for me a guardian belonged to International Student Alliances who helps me during the time I am staying here. Her name is Ha Dinh. She helped me a lot with the settling with new life here. She is also regularly reports all about me to my parents. She gave me advice and encouraged me all the time when I was in stress with my studying.  She has guided and helped me everything.  I feel she is at my side for her taking care of and protection me. She is my teacher who teaches and advises me in studying and she is also my friend who can share with me everything in my life in Australia. Not only I am happy to have her but my parents also feel peace of mind when they regularly received her emails reporting them about my studying and my life. Honestly, having a guardian is my suggestion as s/he gives great helps to Vietnamese students.(Hoang Lan)

I received your long mail and would like to thank you very much for this, for your advices, for      taking   care of Khoa, thanks for your efficiency, professionalism and especially your kindness for Khoa. We did note the contacts you have given us, they are of great value for our further informations and assistances requirements.We appreciate all your tasks to survey, collect and send us informations about our son's progress and your assistane to him 'til now.

Our first aid came from Mr. Bernie Hush. We phoned him late in the night and he answered so kindly and promptly. He is beside Khoa and helps him actively, thank him a lot. It's the first time that Khoa is far away from his family and he wished that we wouldn't accompany him in Australia. We agree with you that the first 6 to 8 weeks are very important for him to adapt himself, to adjust with the new environment and to know the Australian rules and customs.
We appreciate all your tasks to assist our son during his first steps in Perth.
